8 minutes
In 1968 a group of New York City filmmakers, “The Third World “ and their director, Bob Lowe, were asked to make a feature film set on Timothy Leary’s estate in Millbrook, NY. The film was never completed but this short film was made from some of the scenes filmed by Alan Dater at Millbrook that summer. It is the story the “Forty Niners” looking for gold as seen from the perspective of the native Americans/hippies.
